On August 20, 2021 more than 340 individuals gathered to recognize companies and individuals who exemplify excellence in construction at the American Subcontractors Association of New Mexico’s Annual Industry Awards “Clue~ Unbox the Mysteries!” at Sandia Resort and Casino, the winners in fifteen categories along with one special recognition were announced and they are as follows:

ASANM’s First Community Outreach Project is Complete!

On Saturday, April 24, 2021 ASANM partnered with Alice King Community School for ASANM’s very first Community Outreach Project.  The launch of the Community Outreach Projects was delayed for more than a year due to COVID. We are excited that it finally happened.

A special thank you to the volunteers who came and spent the day helping to give some of the landscaping at the school a face lift.  A huge thank you to Ahern Rentals for the use of the skid loader, to Buildology, Inc. for the donation of the gravel and to Miller Bonded Inc for loaning the tools to complete the project.  And a final thank you to the staff at Alice King Community School for providing breakfast, lunch, drinks and snacks for the project.

The American Subcontractors Association of New Mexico’s Industry Awards recognizes outstanding individuals and companies in the construction industry for their excellence and professionalism.  Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were not able to host our annual event for 2020.  The Awards Committee delivered all 30 awards to 20 different companies in 2 days.  It was a great event.

ASA-NM's Past Presidents The American Subcontractors Association of New Mexico was established in 1974.  Thank you to all the Past Presidents; without your hard work and dedication the ASA-NM would not be what it is today.

Past President's Club In early 2019 ASA-NM launched a new club to harness the knowledge and experience of our Past Presidents as a resource for guidance and feedback, as well as aid in the succession of ASA-NM.  Requirements are they must be a current members in good standing and must be considered a Past President by the association or an honorary member recommended by the board.
